Bryon began a graphic art career in 1986 working for a college access television station, then onto several advertising agencies in northeast Indiana. Since 1993 he has been a full-time freelance illustrator, known among his clients for his quick turnaround time and his ability to work easily and amiably, even under tight deadlines. His work has been honored in Print and HOW magazines, and the National Magazine Awards (ASME).

Recently Bryon has experienced a revitalization of his desire to create fine art. As a result, the last two years have been very prolific and he intends to continue exploring the medium of painting on donated or found wood panels as it is satisfying to repurpose and add value to an otherwise disposed of material.

He lives with his wife and two children in Leo, Indiana.
